This hydraulic system permits the transfer of foreign matter up to 76 mm in diameter. Discharge is provided through a 100 mm vertical port fitted with the included discharge elbow with companion flange.
Suitable applications for this unit include large volume wastewater transfer and municipal drainage tasks. This vertical pump handles liquid temperatures up to 40°C and is IP68 rated for submerged operation up to 8 meters. The system is engineered for standing installation in collection pits where large-bore pipework is required for manual drainage.
Powered by a 3.7 kW motor, this manual three-phase unit reaches flow rates up to 2700 L/Min and a total head of 12.8 m. Operating on a 415v supply, it draws a rated current of 8.4 Amps and includes a 10 m submersible power cable. The air-filled dry submersible 4-pole motor is designed for Star-Delta starting at a synchronous speed of 1500 rpm.
Materials of construction feature a cast iron pump body, motor frame, and impeller paired with an AISI 403 stainless steel shaft. Sealing is managed by a double mechanical seal in an oil chamber featuring Silicon Carbide lower faces and Carbon/Ceramic upper faces. Rotating components are secured with 304 fasteners.
