Designed for commercial wastewater pumping and municipal sewage networks, this vertical unit handles liquids at temperatures up to 40°C. It is rated for continuous operation at submergence depths reaching 8 meters. The pump is suited for fixed installations in deep collection wells where large volumes of effluent containing solids must be moved vertically.
The enclosed single-channel impeller is designed for non-clog operation when handling wastewater containing suspended solids. This hydraulic system permits the transfer of foreign matter up to 76 mm in diameter. Discharge is handled through a 100 mm vertical delivery port equipped with a discharge elbow with companion flange.
Hydraulic performance for this 7.5 kW motor includes a maximum flow rate of 4000 L/Min and a total head of 16.8 m. Drawing a rated current of 16.9 Amps on a three-phase 415v supply, the unit is supplied with 10 m of submersible power cable. The air-filled dry submersible 4-pole motor is designed for Star-Delta starting.
Construction features include a cast iron pump body, motor frame, and impeller with AISI 403 stainless steel shafting. The rotating assembly is protected by a double mechanical seal in an oil chamber featuring Silicon Carbide lower faces. Fasteners are manufactured from 304 stainless steel and the assembly is rated for permanent immersion under IP68 standards.
