    The Model DMLV contains the 100 DMLV 55.5 submersible model. It is designed for submersible sewage and drainage applications containing large, long-fibred and stringy materials. The physical housing is configured for quick discharge connector systems and standard freestanding installations. It is suitable for guide rail auto-coupling and standard freestanding installations.

    Casing construction is composed of Cast Iron casing, cast iron lower bracket, and cast iron vortex impeller, with SUS403 stainless steel shaft. It incorporates a vortex impeller measuring 100 mm. The assembly is designed for liquids containing solids up to 100 mm in diameter. The net weight of this pumping unit is 105 kg. Total allowable liquid temperature is rated up to 40°C.

    Power input is rated at 5.5 kW from a three-phase 415v electrical supply. The nameplate current is specified at 12.6 Amps. Operational metrics reach a peak head of 11 metres and a maximum discharge flow of 2000 L/Min via the 100 mm exit port.

    Windings are rated to Class F insulation limits with an IP68 protective enclosure rating. This pump is rated for submersion depths down to 8 metres. A double silicon carbide mechanical seal is positioned in the oil bath. The system designed for star-delta starting and incorporates miniature thermal protectors in motor windings.
