The Model DML contains the 150 DML 515 submersible model. It is designed for submersible sewage and drainage applications containing large soft solids and fibrous materials. Casing construction is composed of Cast Iron FC200 casing, cast iron FC200 upper bracket, cast iron FC200 single channel impeller, and bronze wear ring, with SUS403 stainless steel shaft. It incorporates a single channel impeller measuring 150 mm. The assembly is designed for liquids containing solids up to 76 mm in diameter. The net weight of this pumping unit is 226 kg. Total allowable liquid temperature is rated up to 40°C.
Power input is rated at 15 kW from a three-phase 415v electrical supply. The nameplate current is specified at 30 Amps. Operational metrics reach a peak head of 29.6 metres and a maximum discharge flow of 5000 L/Min via the 150 mm exit port.
Windings are rated to Class F insulation limits with an IP68 protective enclosure rating. This pump is rated for submersion depths down to 8 metres. A double silicon carbide mechanical seal is positioned in the oil bath. The system designed for star-delta starting and incorporates miniature thermal protectors in motor windings.
