    This submersible pump is designated as 50 DS 53.7 from the Model DS pump range. It is designed for sump drainage and stormwater removal for cellar draining, utility pits, and rainwater collection systems. The system is suitable for quick discharge connector systems and standard freestanding installations. It is suitable for guide rail auto-coupling and standard freestanding installations.

    Constructed from cast iron casing, cast iron impeller, and 304 stainless steel motor frame, with 403 stainless steel shaft. The motor assembly is enclosed within the pump housing. The semi-open impeller, measuring 50 mm, is designed for clear wastewater containing small non-abrasive suspended solids. It operates in liquids up to 40°C.

    The motor operates on a three-phase 415v electrical supply with a power rating of 3.7 kW. The nominal current rating is 7.8 Amps. The pump delivers a maximum head of 36 metres and a maximum flow rate of 700 L/Min through a discharge outlet diameter of 50 mm.

    Electrical protection conforms to Class F insulation standards with an IP68 enclosure rating. The unit operates at installation depths up to 8 metres below the liquid surface. A double mechanical seal in an oil chamber is used for shaft sealing. The unit uses direct on line starting with high-speed 2-pole motor rotation.
