The semi-vortex impeller is designed for non-clog operation when handling wastewater containing soft or fibrous solids. This design permits the transfer of foreign matter up to 32 mm in diameter and fibrous materials up to 250 mm in length. Discharge is handled through a 50 mm vertical port equipped with a companion flange kit for connection to drainage lines.

Automatic lifting of food processing wastewater and industrial washdown effluents are primary applications for this vertical pump. It is rated for continuous service with liquid temperatures reaching 40°C and submergence depths up to 4 meters. This automatic configuration utilizes an integrated float switch to manage water level drainage cycles unattended.

Hydraulic data for this 0.75 kW motor includes a maximum flow rate of 250 L/Min and a total head of 13.3 m. Drawing a rated current of 3.3 Amps on a single-phase 240v supply, the unit is supplied with 6 m of submersible power cable. The air-filled 2-pole induction motor operates at 3000 rpm and includes in-built overload protection.

Construction features include a cast iron casing, motor frame, and impeller with AISI 403 stainless steel shafting. The rotating assembly is supported by bearings and protected by a double mechanical seal in an oil chamber. This sealing system utilizes Silicon Carbide lower faces and Carbon/Ceramic upper faces to isolate the dry motor from liquid ingress.
