    Pairs well with

Lifting piggery washdown wastewater and civil effluents are the primary applications for this vertical submerged unit. It is rated for liquid temperatures up to 40°C and continuous service at depths reaching 4 meters. The pump is designed for vertical installation in collection wells where large-bore 80 mm pipework is required for stable manual drainage transfer.

Materials include a cast iron casing, motor frame, and impeller with 304 stainless steel fasteners and an AISI 403 stainless steel shaft. Motor protection is provided by a double mechanical seal in an intermediate oil chamber featuring Silicon Carbide lower faces. The assembly includes Class F insulation and an IP68 protection rating for permanent underwater use.

The semi-vortex impeller is designed for non-clog operation when handling wastewater containing soft or fibrous solids. This hydraulic path allows for the passage of foreign matter up to 45 mm in diameter and fibrous materials up to 320 mm in length. Discharge is handled through an 80 mm vertical port fitted with a companion flange elbow kit.

Operating with a 0.75 kW motor, this manual three-phase unit reaches flow rates up to 400 L/Min and a maximum head of 10.7 m. It draws a rated current of 1.9 Amps on a 415v supply and is supplied with 6 m of submersible cable. The 2-pole induction motor includes in-built overload protection to safeguard the winding during operation cycles.

    FEATURES

    • Semi-vortex impeller configuration facilitates the passage of 45 mm solids and long fibers.

    • Shaft sealing uses a double mechanical system isolated in an oil chamber for motor protection.
    • Utilizes Silicon Carbide lower seal faces for wear resistance in abrasive agricultural wastewater.
    • Rugged cast iron pump casing and motor frame provide structural stability in submerged service.
    • Supplied with an 80 mm discharge elbow kit, including companion flange, gaskets, and fasteners.
    • In-built thermal protector safeguards the induction motor during manual drainage run cycles.
