Materials include a cast iron pump casing, motor frame, and impeller with AISI 403 stainless steel shafting. The assembly utilizes 304 stainless steel fasteners and is rated for submergence depths up to 8 meters. Motor protection is managed by a double mechanical seal in an oil chamber with Silicon Carbide lower faces and Carbon/Ceramic upper faces.

Lifting fibrous wastewater in industrial and civil environments is the primary application for this manual unit. It handles liquid temperatures up to 40°C and is engineered for standing vertical installation in deep collection pits. The pump requires manual control from an external three-phase supply for discharge to mains drainage lines.

Operating with a 2.2 kW motor, this manual three-phase unit reaches flow rates up to 800 L/Min and a maximum head of 15.5 m. It draws a rated current of 5 Amps on a 415v supply and is supplied with a 10 m submersible power cable. The air-filled 2-pole induction motor is rated for continuous duty in permanent immersion.

The semi-vortex impeller is designed for non-clog operation when handling wastewater containing soft or fibrous solids. This hydraulic configuration allows for the passage of foreign matter up to 56 mm in diameter and fibers between 245 mm and 350 mm. Discharge is provided through an 80 mm delivery port fitted with a companion flange elbow kit.
