The semi-vortex impeller is designed for non-clog operation when handling wastewater containing soft or fibrous solids. This hydraulic configuration facilitates the transfer of foreign matter up to 56 mm in diameter and fibers reaching 350 mm in length. Discharge is handled through an 80 mm vertical port fitted with the included screwed companion flange kit.

Powered by a 3.7 kW motor, this manual three-phase unit reaches a maximum flow rate of 1000 L/Min and a maximum head of 21.2 m. Operating on a 415v supply, it draws a rated current of 7.8 Amps and includes a 10 m submersible power cable. The 2-pole air-filled dry motor is rated for continuous duty at synchronous speeds of 3000 rpm.

Heavy-duty wastewater handling and industrial drainage are documented applications for this vertical submerged unit. It is rated for liquid temperatures reaching 40°C and maximum submergence depths up to 8 meters during continuous service. The unit is designed for collection pits where large volumes of effluent containing solids must be moved manually.

Construction features a cast iron pump body, motor frame, and impeller paired with an AISI 403 stainless steel shaft. Sealing is managed by a double mechanical seal in an oil chamber featuring Silicon Carbide lower faces and Carbon/Ceramic upper faces. The rotating assembly uses 304 stainless steel fasteners and is protected by an in-built thermal protector.
