Automatic lifting of civil effluents and wastewater transfer are primary applications for this vertical submerged pump. It handles liquid temperatures up to 40°C and is rated for a maximum submergence depth of 4 meters during continuous service. This automatic configuration utilizes an integrated control device and float switch to manage drainage cycles based on water level.

The semi-vortex impeller is designed for non-clog operation when handling wastewater containing soft or fibrous solids. This design permits the passage of foreign matter up to 45 mm in diameter and fibers reaching 320 mm in length. Discharge is provided through an 80 mm vertical delivery port fitted with the included screwed companion flange kit.

Performance for this 1.5 kW motor includes a maximum flow rate of 570 L/Min and a total head of 14 m. Drawing a rated current of 3.3 Amps on a three-phase 415v supply, the unit is supplied with 6 m of submersible power cable. The air-filled 2-pole induction motor operates at 3000 rpm and includes in-built electrical protection.

Construction features a cast iron pump body, motor frame, and impeller with an AISI 403 stainless steel shaft. Sealing is managed by a double mechanical seal isolated in an oil chamber featuring Silicon Carbide lower faces and Carbon/Ceramic upper faces. The rotating assembly utilizes 304 fasteners and is rated for safe operation in permanent immersion.
