The Ebara Best 4 three-phase submersible drainage pump features Class F insulation and an IP68 protection rating. This unit is designed for moving seepage water, general basement draining, and tank transfer. The setup allows fixed or mobile installations in vertical configurations.
Constructed from AISI 304 Stainless Steel, the casing cover and motor case surround internal components. The open centrifugal impeller, measuring 125 mm, allows passage of suspended solids up to 10 mm. The drive shaft utilizes AISI 303 Stainless Steel, with the motor cover and case manufactured from AISI 304 alloy. The unit weighs 13.8 kg and operates in liquids up to 35°C.
The 1.1 kW motor operates on a 400 V supply at 50 Hz with a rated current of 3.0 Amps. The pump achieves a maximum head of 17.4 meters and a maximum capacity of 330 L/Min through a 40 mm discharge outlet. The motor incorporates a built-in capacitor and automatic thermal overload protection.
Thermal protection is provided by Class F motor insulation with an IP68 protection rating. The assembly allows immersion depths up to 10 meters. Twin mechanical seals provide containment. The upper seal uses Carbon/Ceramic/NBR materials and the lower seal features Silicon Carbide/Silicon Carbide/NBR. The internal seal chamber contains white mineral oil.
