Designed for draining flooded basements, cellars and wells, this automatic submersible pump provides reliable domestic dewatering. It is rated for liquid temperatures reaching 50°C and is engineered for permanent or transportable installation in residential sumps. Unattended dewatering is facilitated by the integrated float switch, which manages start and stop cycles based on real-time water levels in pits with minimum dimensions of 400 x 400 mm.

Performance output for the 0.25 kW induction motor includes a maximum flow rate of up to 170 L/Min and a total manometric head of up to 8.3 m. Drawing a rated current of 2.3 Amps on a single-phase 240v supply, the unit delivers reliable hydraulic performance during dewatering tasks. This air-filled 2-pole motor provides reliable submerged operation and is protected by 5 meters of submersible power cable with an integrated 3-pin plug.

The hydraulic configuration utilizes a semi-open centrifugal impeller designed to pass suspended solids reaching up to 10 mm in diameter. This design provides an efficient flow path for clean or slightly dirty water, directing fluid through a 32 mm vertical discharge nozzle. The open-intake strainer facilitates reliable suction while preventing larger debris from entering the internal pump stages during high-volume transfer.

Structural components including the pump casing, impeller, and motor frame are manufactured from 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance in submerged duty. Sealing is managed by a mechanical seal in an oil-lubricated chamber using Ceramic/Carbon/NBR faces, paired with an upper NBR lip seal. The assembly is built with an AISI 303 stainless steel shaft with a ceramic-coated sleeve and features Class F insulation with an IP68 protection rating for safety.

    FEATURES

    • Minimum pit dimensions of 400 x 400 mm ensure correct float switch movement and reliable activation.
    • Suitable for both permanent installations and portable dewatering tasks in residential settings.
    • Maximum immersion depth of 5 meters supports installation in standard domestic sump pits.
    • Ceramic/Carbon/NBR sealing materials provide long service life in submerged operation.
    • Open-intake strainer prevents large debris from entering the pump stages during transfer.
    • NBR lip seal provides secondary protection against moisture ingress at the motor side.
    • White mineral oil (Esso Marcol 152) lubricates the mechanical seal chamber.
    • 5-meter H07RN-F power cable with molded plug enables immediate connection to standard outlets.
