Designed for process water, dirty water and wastewater transfer, this vertical unit handles liquids at temperatures reaching 40°C. It is rated for operation at submergence depths reaching 10 meters in fixed or transportable installations. The manual configuration requires an external three-phase supply for start and stop control in collection pits.

Hydraulic output is provided by a 0.75 kW motor delivering a maximum flow rate of up to 500 L/Min and a total head of up to 7.9 m. Operating on a three-phase 415v supply, the unit draws a rated current of 2.1 Amps. The air-filled 2-pole dry motor is designed for submerged duty and is supplied with 10 m of submersible power cable.

The vortex impeller is designed for non-clog operation when handling wastewater containing soft or fibrous solids up to 50 mm. This hydraulic system permits the passage of suspended foreign matter through the 50 mm discharge outlet without the risk of blockage. It is engineered for reliable transfer where traditional centrifugal designs may encounter blockage.

Materials include 304 stainless steel for the pump body, motor frame, and impeller with an AISI 303 stainless steel shaft extension. Sealing is managed by a double mechanical seal in an oil-lubricated chamber featuring Silicon Carbide lower faces and Carbon/Ceramic upper faces. The assembly features Class F electrical insulation and is IP68 rated for submerged operation.
