Suitable for heavy-duty wastewater transfer and industrial drainage applications, this vertical unit handles liquid temperatures up to 40°C. It is rated for submerged service at depths reaching 10 meters in fixed collection wells. The manual configuration requires an external three-phase supply for discharge control in commercial pits.

Performance for this 1.5 kW motor includes a maximum flow rate of up to 700 L/Min and a total head of up to 12.5 m. Operating on a three-phase 415v supply, the unit draws a rated current of 3.6 Amps and includes a 10 m submersible power cable. The air-filled 2-pole dry induction motor has an approximate operating speed of 2800 rpm.

The vortex impeller is designed for non-clog operation when handling wastewater containing suspended solids up to 50 mm. This hydraulic design utilizes an open flow path that permits foreign matter to pass through the 50 mm discharge outlet without the risk of blockage. It ensures reliable movement of fluids containing soft and fibrous waste materials.

Materials include 304 stainless steel for the pump body, motor frame, and impeller paired with an AISI 303 stainless steel shaft. Shaft sealing is provided by a double mechanical seal in an oil-lubricated chamber utilizing Silicon Carbide lower faces. The assembly features Class F insulation and is IP68 rated for submerged operation in demanding industrial environments.

    FEATURES
