Performance for this 1.1 kW motor includes flow rates of up to 600 L/Min and a total head of up to 10.2 m. Drawing a rated current of 7.3 Amps on a 240v single-phase supply, the unit is equipped with a 10 m submersible power cable. The air-filled induction motor has an approximate operating speed of 2800 rpm and features Class F electrical insulation for reliable operation.

The impeller arrangement is designed for non-clog operation when handling wastewater containing suspended solids up to 50 mm. This hydraulic system provides an open internal passage to reduce the risk of blockages during high-volume effluent transfer tasks. Waste is moved through a 50 mm vertical discharge connection that supports connection to discharge lines.

Materials include a 304 stainless steel pump casing, motor frame, and impeller paired with an AISI 303 stainless steel shaft. Protection is managed by a double mechanical seal in an oil-lubricated chamber utilizing Silicon Carbide lower faces. The assembly utilizes NBR sealing components and includes an in-built thermal protector.

Common applications for this automatic unit include effluent collection and the lifting of liquids containing soft fibrous materials. It is IP68 rated for submerged operation and handles liquid temperatures up to 40°C in fixed vertical installations. The pre-installed float switch allows for fully automated drainage cycles in collection pits.

    FEATURES

    • Upper and lower sealed ball bearings provide mechanical support for the high-speed shaft.
    • NBR sealing components offer chemical and temperature resistance in dirty water.
    • Intermediate oil-lubricated chamber separates and protects the mechanical seal faces.
    • Carbon/Ceramic upper seal faces complement Silicon Carbide lower faces for durability.
    • Vortex impeller allows 50 mm spherical solids passage without mechanical obstruction.
    • Class F motor insulation supports continuous operation in demanding applications.
    • White mineral oil (Esso Marcol 152) maintains seal face cooling and extends service intervals.
    • Rated for installation at submergence depths up to 10 meters.
