Wastewater and drainage environments with soft and fibrous suspended solids are managed by the solid-handling capabilities of the Ebara Right 75 MA submersible wastewater pump. This unit is suitable for handling soft and fibrous solids with a maximum solids handling capacity of 35 mm. The physical setup is suitable for fixed and mobile vertical installations.
Constructed from AISI 304 Stainless Steel, the pump casing, impeller, suction cover, and motor bracket comprise the main assembly. The semi vortex impeller handles suspended particles within a 35 mm clearance. The shaft is AISI 303 Stainless Steel, with the entire pump assembly weighing 10 kg and operating in liquids up to 50°C.
The 0.55 kW motor operates on a 240v supply at 50 Hz with a rated current of 4.8 Amps. The pump achieves a maximum head of 7.8 meters and a maximum capacity of 240 L/Min through a 40 mm discharge outlet. The motor integrates an air-filled, dry submersible two-pole motor design.
Thermal protection is provided by Class F motor insulation with an IP68 protection rating. The assembly allows immersion depths up to 10 meters. Double mechanical seals in an oil lubricated chamber provide containment. The lower faces are Silicon Carbide and the upper faces are Carbon/Ceramic with NBR elastomers. The seal chamber contains white mineral oil.
