This Grundfos APG.50.65.3 model is designed for pumping wastewater and sewage in pressurised systems. Constructed from Cast Iron EN-JL1040, the housing surrounds internal components. The CUTTER SYSTEM impeller, manufactured from Cast Iron EN-JL1040, processes solids within the fluid stream. The unit weighs 104 kg and operates in liquids up to 40 °C. Casing follows ASTM 35 B standards. The design employs a vertical configuration to minimize the footprint in wet pits.
The 6.5 kW motor operates on a 415v supply with a rated current of 13.4 Amps. The pump achieves a maximum head of 52 meters and a maximum flow of 526 L/Min through a 50 mm discharge outlet. Power input P1 is 7.5 kW with a rated output power P2 of 6.5 kW. The electrical configuration requires a 3-phase 50 Hz source with a power factor of 0.81.
Thermal protection is provided by Class F insulation with an IP68 enclosure rating. The pump supports installation depths up to 10 meters. Double mechanical shaft seals provide containment with an oil chamber pre-filled with non-toxic special oil. Integrated greased-for-life ball bearings support the shaft.
