Driven by a 24 W motor, the pump produces a maximum flow rate of 12.0 L/h against a 10 bar maximum backpressure. It utilises a 1000:1 turn-down ratio, allowing the system to precisely scale down to a minimum flow of 12.0 ml/h, ensuring consistent volumetric output even during low-demand process cycles.
The hydraulic assembly utilises a stepper motor to produce smooth and continuous dosing. The inclusion of chemical pre-empty and empty level inputs prevents the system from running dry, while the potential-free output relays provide immediate signalling for alarms or stroke counts.
Structural durability is provided by a PVDF dosing head and PTFE gaskets designed for aggressive chemical compatibility. The assembly is rated for liquid temperatures up to 45°C and features an IP65 enclosure. It includes two potential-free output relays for alarm signalling or integration with external control systems.
