Product Overview
Industrial process environments requiring high throughput from a digital dosing system are served by this high-capacity XL configuration. This system is intended for users who need to move up to 200 litres per hour of process chemicals with integrated system feedback to support reliable operation.
Powered by a 62 W motor, the pump achieves a maximum dosing capacity of 200.0 L/h at a 4 bar maximum pressure. It features an 800:1 turn-down ratio, allowing the system to operate at a minimum flow of 0.25 L/h, providing the hydraulic strength required for large-scale chemical injection while maintaining digital precise control.
The hydraulic assembly utilises stepper motor technology to provide smooth and continuous dosing. FlowControl continuously monitors the dosing process, while AutoFlowAdapt automatically compensates for changes in process pressure to maintain accurate dosing.
Structural durability is ensured by a rugged PVDF pump head, PTFE gaskets, and ceramic ball valves suitable for aggressive industrial liquids. Connectivity is managed via communication functions available according to the selected control variant. The unit handles liquid temperatures up to 50°C and includes high-flow U3 connection packs for standard 19/27mm hose systems.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
