Product Overview
Continuous chemical injection for cooling towers and process water systems requiring high flow rates and reliable material resistance is the primary role for this configuration. This Smart Digital system is optimised for high-volume service where consistent chemical delivery must be balanced with integrated safety monitoring to protect system infrastructure.
Powered by a 240 W motor, the pump delivers a maximum dosing capacity of 375 L/h and is rated for operation against a 10 bar maximum backpressure. It offers an 800:1 turn-down ratio, enabling the system to scale down to a minimum flow of 0.47 L/h without sacrificing the precision of the volumetric output during the dosing cycle.
The electronically controlled motor with variable stroke speed produces smooth and continuous dosing with reduced pulsation. This model incorporates integrated diaphragm leak detection and manual, pulse, and analog control modes to ensure chemical delivery corresponds to site process requirements.
Structural durability is ensured by a Polypropylene dosing head and FKM gaskets paired with glass ball valves. The unit features an integrated alarm relay for system status reporting, is housed in an IP65 enclosure, handles liquid temperatures up to 50°C, and includes standard threaded Rp 1 1/4" connections for high-volume throughput.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
