This DME AR unit is intended for users who need to move up to 940 litres per hour with the maximum possible material compatibility to ensure consistent dosing accuracy in heavy industrial service.
The system is driven by a 240 W motor operating on 240v, delivering a maximum dosing capacity of 940 L/h at a 4 bar maximum operating pressure. It achieves an 800:1 turn-down ratio, enabling the system to precisely scale down to a minimum flow of 1.18 L/h without losing the accuracy of the volumetric output during bulk transfer duties.
The electronically controlled motor with variable stroke speed provides smooth and continuous dosing with reduced pulsation across the operating range. The inclusion of a diaphragm leak detector and chemical pre-empty and empty level inputs prevents process interruptions, while the potential-free output relays provide immediate signalling for system alarms.
Mechanical integrity is provided by a chemically resistant PVDF pump head and durable FKM gaskets paired with glass ball valves suitable for aggressive media. The unit includes integrated connectivity for process integration, is housed in a robust IP65 enclosure, and handles liquid temperatures up to 45°C (PVDF).

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
