Product Overview

Chemical industry applications requiring higher dosing capacity are served by the DMX 132-10 mechanical diaphragm dosing pump from Grundfos. Manual stroke length adjustment from 10-100% gives a 10:1 turndown ratio for dosing rate control.

At 50 Hz operation, the DMX 132-10 delivers 132 L/h maximum dosing capacity at 10 bar pressure. A 0.40 kW motor with 1 x 240v supply powers this unit. Dosing flow variation is maintained at less than ±1.5% with linearity within ±4% at minimum 1 bar differential pressure. Suction lift during operation is 3 metres.

Thermoplastic dosing head construction on the DMX 132-10 incorporates ceramic valve balls and EPDM gaskets. Standard non-return valves are fitted on both connections. The PTFE-coated diaphragm handles liquid temperatures from 0 to 40°C.

Aluminium gear housing with IP65 enclosure protects the DMX 132-10. G5/4 connections accommodate 19/27 and 20/25 mm connections.
