Suitable for wastewater treatment applications requiring higher dosing capacity, the DMX 132-10 mechanical diaphragm dosing pump provides chemical metering with manual stroke length adjustment from 10-100% giving a 10:1 turndown ratio.

The DMX 132-10 provides 132 L/h maximum dosing capacity at 10 bar pressure, operating at 50 Hz with a 0.40 kW motor on 3 x 415v supply. Dosing flow variation is maintained at less than ±1.5% with linearity within ±4% at minimum 1 bar differential pressure. Suction lift during operation is 3 metres.

Thermoplastic dosing head on the DMX 132-10 with ceramic valve balls and FKM gaskets incorporates standard non-return valves. The PTFE-coated diaphragm handles liquid temperatures from 0 to 40°C.

Aluminium gear housing with IP65 enclosure protects the DMX 132-10. G5/4 connections support 19/27 and 20/25 mm connections.
