Product Overview
Suitable for wastewater treatment applications, the DMX 27-12 mechanical diaphragm dosing pump provides chemical metering with manual stroke length adjustment from 10-100% giving a 10:1 turndown ratio.
At 50 Hz operation, the DMX 27-12 provides 27 L/h maximum dosing capacity at 12 bar maximum pressure. A 0.09 kW motor with 3 x 415v supply powers this unit. Dosing flow variation is maintained at less than ±1.5% with linearity within ±4% at minimum 1 bar differential pressure. Suction lift during operation is 1 metre.
Thermoplastic dosing head on the DMX 27-12 with ceramic valve balls and FKM gaskets incorporates standard non-return valves. The PTFE-coated diaphragm handles liquid temperatures from 0 to 40°C.
Aluminium gear housing with IP65 enclosure protects the DMX 27-12. G5/8 connections support 4/6, 6/9, 6/12, and 9/12 mm tubing.
