Product Overview
In business parks adding tenancies faster than their mains can serve, the simultaneous demand of the morning peak places heavy loads on the supply; the Hydro MPC-E 3 CRIE 10-1 answers with three CRIE 10-1 pumps operating in parallel. Part number 93637549 provides the complete tested package in a single order line.
Flow capacity reaches 769 L/min. Up to 14 metres of head is available to maintain pressure as demand changes. A Grundfos GENIECON PANEL on the common base frame provides the system control; the GENIECON UNIT within it holds the exact hydraulic and electrical data of the pumps, so staging and changeover decisions are based on the pumps' actual curves.
The three-pump package arrives as one base-mounted assembly with stainless steel manifolds, two 80 mm manifold connections, valves, sensors and a pressure gauge, plus an 8L diaphragm tank. Electrical supply is 1 x 230 V at 50 Hz with a rated current of 6.7 A. The motors have IP54 protection and the system is rated to 16 bar maximum pressure. Liquid-temperature suitability is 5°C to 60°C.
Applications include industry, irrigation schemes and commercial buildings. The control flexibility suits clean-water boosting in new installations and upgrades.
Features
- GENIECON PANEL control with touch display gives operating staff full staging visibility.
- Both constant-pressure and proportional-pressure modes are available, so plant rooms can tune response to pipework.
- Power use precisely tracks demand, avoiding the waste of fixed-speed alternates.
- Rated for 16 bar system pressure; motors carry IP54 protection.
- The package is wet-tested and pre-configured, requiring only pipework and power on site.
- Pumps are cut in and out according to demand, every running unit turning at the same speed to hold the pressure set point.
- Stainless steel manifolds provide two 80 mm manifold connections ready for pipework.
- Rated 0.75 kW (P2) on every main pump in the frame.
- The set ships with an 8L precharged diaphragm tank for low-flow stability.
- Control decisions come from real pump curves, not generic models, via the GENIECON UNIT.
- Frequency converters on the motors pair with permanent magnet motors for efficient part-load operation.
- A suction-side pressure sensor guards the pumps against dry running.
- Three Grundfos CRIE 10-1 vertical multistage pumps run in parallel on one common base frame.

How are the common suction and discharge headers arranged across the parallel pump set?
Header plumbing on the Grundfos Hydro MPC-E 3 CRIE 10-1 VN GA-A-A-AG provides DN80 stainless steel suction and discharge connections accompanied by isolating valves and discharge check valves.
What warranty coverage backs this complete factory assembled booster assembly?
Protection on the Hydro MPC-E 3 CRIE 10-1 is provided by a comprehensive Grundfos two-year manufacturer warranty with extensive Australian technical service and spare parts support.
Which total water transfer rate does this variable speed booster system displace under full duty?
Under maximum network draw, the Hydro-MPC-E-3-CRIE-10-1 supplies a peak fluid flow rate of up to 769 L/min across its variable speed centrifugal stages.
Which variable speed motor technology provides mechanical power to the pumps on this skid?
Propulsion across the Hydro MPC E 3 CRIE 10 1 is supplied by three variable frequency drive MGE electric motors rated at 0.75 kW each, operating on a 1 x 230 V electrical supply with integrated frequency converters for precise pressure control.
Under peak elevation requirements, what total dynamic head does this booster set achieve?
For vertical pressure boosting, the 3 CRIE 10-1 (Hydro MPC-E) produces up to 14 m total elevation head with a 16 bar maximum working pressure envelope.
