Product Overview
Across installations such as residential towers and medium commercial sites outgrowing their mains pressure, the Hydro MPC-E 3 CRIE 10-9 maintains stable pressure at every draw-off point. One factory-tested package replaces a shelf of loose components; order part number 93637574 to put it on site.
The system supports flow rates up to 778 L/min. It can develop up to 131 metres of head for dependable pressure boosting. A Grundfos GENIECON PANEL on the common base frame provides the system control; the GENIECON UNIT within it holds the exact hydraulic and electrical data of the pumps, so staging and changeover decisions are based on the pumps' actual curves.
The three-pump package arrives as one base-mounted assembly with stainless steel manifolds, two 65 mm manifold connections, valves, sensors and a pressure gauge, plus a 18L diaphragm tank. Electrical supply is 3 x 415 V at 50 Hz with a rated current of 30.7 A. The motors have IP54 protection and the system is rated to 16 bar maximum pressure. Liquid-temperature suitability is 5°C to 60°C.
Expect it on irrigation schemes and industry sites, plus commercial buildings duties. It provides clean-water pressure boosting for both new plant rooms and refits.
Features
- Three Grundfos CRIE 10-9 pumps share the boosting work in parallel.
- Inlet pressure monitoring provides dry-running protection if the suction supply is insufficient.
- Each pump is driven by permanent magnet motors with frequency-controlled speed matching demand.
- Pumps are cut in and out according to demand, every running unit turning at the same speed to hold the pressure set point.
- The touch-panel GENIECON interface shows system status and allows direct setpoint changes on the door.
- Factory assembled and wet-tested, the set arrives pre-configured for straightforward installation.
- Rated 7.5 kW (P2) on every main pump in the frame.
- The set ships with an 18L precharged diaphragm tank for low-flow stability.
- Rated for 16 bar system pressure; motors carry IP54 protection.
- Energy draw matches the actual job because speed follows demand, not a fixed curve.
- The GENIECON UNIT applies the pumps' exact hydraulic and electrical data when making control decisions.
- Constant pressure control holds the delivered pressure flat while proportional mode lets setpoints flex with demand.
- The stainless steel manifold assembly is supplied with two 65 mm manifold connections.
