Product Overview

Sites such as day spas and compact medical centres running half a dozen outlets at once require consistent pressure regardless of demand fluctuation; the Hydro MPC-E 3 CRIE 5-4 achieves this with three CRIE 5-4 pumps operating in parallel. The complete system ships factory assembled and tested under part number 93637523.

The system supports flow rates up to 497 L/min. It can develop up to 38 metres of head for dependable pressure boosting. Control sits with the GENIECON multi-pump controller in its touch-equipped panel, adjusting each pump individually and rotating duty by load, run hours and faults.

The three-pump package arrives as one base-mounted assembly with stainless steel manifolds, two 50 mm manifold connections, valves, sensors and a pressure gauge, plus an 8L diaphragm tank. Electrical supply is 3 x 230 V at 50 Hz with a rated current of 6.7 A. The motors have IP54 protection and the system is rated to 16 bar maximum pressure. Liquid-temperature suitability is 5°C to 60°C.

Typical duty sits with high-rise developments, water supply networks and commercial buildings. It is designed for clean-water pressure boosting where demand varies through the day.

Features

  • Rated 1.1 kW (P2) on every main pump in the frame.
  • Control decisions come from real pump curves, not generic models, via the GENIECON UNIT.
  • The package is wet-tested and pre-configured, requiring only pipework and power on site.
  • Both constant-pressure and proportional-pressure modes are available, so plant rooms can tune response to pipework.
  • Frequency converters on the motors pair with permanent magnet motors for efficient part-load operation.
  • The system pairs three CRIE 5-4 pumps in parallel duty, controlled as a single coordinated system.
  • Energy draw matches the actual job because speed follows demand, not a fixed curve.
  • Cascade logic brings pumps on-line and off-line against changing demand without manual intervention.
  • Maximum operating pressure of 16 bar with motors sealed to IP54.
  • The stainless steel manifold assembly is supplied with two 50 mm manifold connections.
  • A suction-side pressure sensor guards the pumps against dry running.
  • The touch-panel GENIECON interface shows system status and allows direct setpoint changes on the door.
  • An integrated 8L diaphragm tank carries small draw-offs and limits pump cycling.
