Product Overview

Sites such as mixed-use buildings where a single booster covers retail, offices and apartments require consistent pressure regardless of demand fluctuation; the Hydro MPC-E 3 CRNE 15-3 achieves this with three CRNE 15-3 pumps operating in parallel. Quote part number 93637861 to have it arrive pre-configured and ready for the plant room.

It handles flows up to 1406 L/min across the system. The pumps can develop up to 60 metres of head when pressure demand increases. Control sits with the GENIECON multi-pump controller in its touch-equipped panel, adjusting each pump individually and rotating duty by load, run hours and faults.

Factory assembled on a common base, the set combines stainless steel pipework, two 100 mm manifold connections, isolation and non-return valves, pressure sensors and a gauge, plus an 8L diaphragm tank. It connects to a 3 x 400 V supply at 50 Hz with a rated current of 22.9 A. Motors are protected to IP54, while maximum system pressure is 16 bar. Liquid-temperature suitability is 5°C to 60°C.

Applications include irrigation schemes, industry and high-rise developments. The control flexibility suits clean-water boosting in new installations and upgrades.

Features

  • Constant pressure control holds the delivered pressure flat while proportional mode lets setpoints flex with demand.
  • Inlet pressure monitoring provides dry-running protection if the suction supply is insufficient.
  • The system pairs three CRNE 15-3 pumps in parallel duty, controlled as a single coordinated system.
  • The set ships with an 8L precharged diaphragm tank for low-flow stability.
  • Pump staging follows demand automatically: pumps enter at low speed as pressure drops, ramp to equal speed, and exit as flow fades.
  • The touch-panel GENIECON interface shows system status and allows direct setpoint changes on the door.
  • Rated 4 kW (P2) on every main pump in the frame.
  • The GENIECON UNIT applies the pumps' exact hydraulic and electrical data when making control decisions.
  • The package is wet-tested and pre-configured, requiring only pipework and power on site.
  • The stainless steel manifold assembly is supplied with two 100 mm manifold connections.
  • Energy draw matches the actual job because speed follows demand, not a fixed curve.
  • Maximum operating pressure of 16 bar with motors sealed to IP54.
  • Variable speed comes from frequency converters matched to permanent magnet motors, keeping the booster set in its efficient range.
