Product Overview

For residential towers and medium commercial sites outgrowing their mains pressure, a factory-assembled Hydro Multi-E 3 CRE 10-2 package provides a well-matched solution, with three CRE 10-2 pumps staged against the demand curve. Specify part number 99614309 and the whole set lands tested, assembled and ready for pipework.

The system supports flow rates up to 764 L/min. It can develop up to 28 metres of head for dependable pressure boosting. There is no separate central controller to purchase: Multi-Master control resides within the pumps, either unit can assume the controlling role, and a fault is handed over cleanly without interrupting supply.

Factory assembled on a common base, the set combines stainless steel pipework, two 80 mm manifold connections, isolation and non-return valves, pressure sensors and a gauge, plus a 24L diaphragm tank. It connects to a 3 x 380-415 V supply at 50 / 60 Hz with a rated current of 7.11 A. Motors are protected to IP54, while maximum system pressure is 10 bar. Liquid-temperature suitability is 5°C to 60°C. Inlet pressure is rated to 10 bar.

Its home ground covers industrial process supply, aged-care complexes and hotel plant rooms. The variable-speed system suits clean-water boosting duties with changing demand.

Features

  • No external controller required: Multi-Master redundancy lets either pump assume the controlling role.
  • Stainless steel manifolds provide two 80 mm manifold connections ready for pipework.
  • Rated for 10 bar system pressure; motors carry IP54 protection.
  • Factory assembled and wet-tested, the set arrives pre-configured for straightforward installation.
  • Integrated Grundfos GO compatibility supports configuration, logging and diagnostics from a phone.
  • The controller tracks the pressure setpoint with proportional deviation alerts before conditions become faults.
  • Frequency converters on the motors pair with IE5 permanent magnet motors for efficient part-load operation.
  • Cascade logic brings pumps on-line and off-line against changing demand without manual intervention.
  • The system protects its pumps against dry running if the incoming supply is lost.
  • Slow-speed duty and staged switching keep consumption down through low-demand hours.
  • Three Grundfos CRE 10-2 pumps share the boosting work in parallel.
  • The set ships with an 24L precharged diaphragm tank for low-flow stability.
  • Rated 1.1 kW (P2) on every main pump in the frame.
