Product Overview

Across installations such as showers, coffee machines and dishwashers competing for one limited mains feed, the Hydro Multi-E 3 CRE 3-4 maintains stable pressure at every draw-off point. Part number 99614230 provides the complete tested package in a single order line.

The system supports flow rates up to 231 L/min. It can develop up to 36 metres of head for dependable pressure boosting. There is no separate central controller to purchase: Multi-Master control resides within the pumps, either unit can assume the controlling role, and a fault is handed over cleanly without interrupting supply.

The three-pump package arrives as one base-mounted assembly with stainless steel manifolds, two 50 mm manifold connections, valves, sensors and a pressure gauge, plus a 24L diaphragm tank. Electrical supply is 1 x 200-240 V at 50 / 60 Hz with a rated current of 7.17 A. The motors have IP54 protection and the system is rated to 10 bar maximum pressure. Liquid-temperature suitability is 5°C to 60°C. Inlet pressure is rated to 10 bar.

Expect it on hospitals and industrial process supply sites, plus hotel plant rooms duties. It provides clean-water pressure boosting for both new plant rooms and refits.

Features

  • Three Grundfos CRE 3-4 vertical multistage pumps run in parallel on one common base frame.
  • Rated 0.37 kW (P2) on every main pump in the frame.
  • Slow-speed duty and staged switching keep consumption down through low-demand hours.
  • The set ships with an 24L precharged diaphragm tank for low-flow stability.
  • Stainless steel manifolds provide two 50 mm manifold connections ready for pipework.
  • Constant pressure control holds the delivered pressure flat while proportional mode lets setpoints flex with demand.
  • The system protects its pumps against dry running if the incoming supply is lost.
  • Integrated Grundfos GO compatibility supports configuration, logging and diagnostics from a phone.
  • Rated for 10 bar system pressure; motors carry IP54 protection.
  • No external controller required: Multi-Master redundancy lets either pump assume the controlling role.
  • Variable speed comes from frequency converters matched to IE5 permanent magnet motors, keeping the booster set in its efficient range.
  • Factory assembled and wet-tested, the set arrives pre-configured for straightforward installation.
  • Pump staging follows demand automatically: pumps enter at low speed as pressure drops, ramp to equal speed, and exit as flow fades.
