Product Overview

Logistics distribution centres and warehouse complexes maintain steady water reticulation with the Grundfos Hydro Multi-E 3 x CRNE 20-4 Three Phase 3 x 5.5kW Variable Speed 304ss Booster Pump Set with 24L Tank. Three Grundfos CRNE 20-4 multistage pumps work in unison to eliminate pressure fluctuations during heavy usage. Part number 99752368 provides the complete tested package in a single order line.

At peak operating capacity, the parallel pump arrangement produces system flows up to 1750 L/min. Across vertical multi-storey plumbing risers, the package comfortably develops up to 85 metres of head. Multi-Master autonomous inverter technology enables each pump to take lead control dynamically, providing complete hardware redundancy without requiring a separate central control cabinet.

The booster system is fully plumbed and wired onto a heavy-duty common base. The set is fully pre-plumbed with two 100 mm manifold connections, dedicated isolation valves, and integrated non-return valves on each discharge line. It connects to a 3 x 380-415 V supply at 50 / 60 Hz with combined rated current of 32.9 A (3 x 11 A per pump). A 24L diaphragm pressure tank absorbs initial draw-offs and line hammer, while IP55 enclosure protection and a 16 bar pressure rating ensure long-term mechanical reliability. Liquid-temperature suitability is 5°C to 60°C for all standard clean water booster duties.

Built for high-density apartment blocks, urban strata buildings, and student dormitories. Integrating variable speed electronic control eliminates water hammer, extends mechanical life, and lowers lifecycle energy consumption compared to fixed-speed boosting systems.
