Product Overview
Central energy plant headers and cooling tower distribution lines deploy the Grundfos NB 100-200/195 centrifugal pump. Powered by a 5.5 kW electric drive, piping connects via an axial DN 125 suction port and a radial DN 100 discharge interface.
Volumetric pumping capacity delivers approx. 3209 L/Min operational output while overcoming approx. 13 m head. A cataphoretically coated EN-GJL-250 cast iron casing houses the precision stainless steel impeller and BQQE mechanical shaft seal. Total net product weight measures 146 kg.
Three-phase line power at 415 V energizes the 5.5 kW motor, which pulls 10.6 Amps running current. Permissible media temperatures range between -25°C to 120°C under system pressures up to 16 bar. Flanged line ports measure DN 125 for suction and DN 100 for discharge.
Protective frame design meets IP55 sealing standards, utilizing Class F thermal insulation. The motor requires external overload protection in the electrical control panel. A back-pull-out mechanical design enables service personnel to extract the impeller and drive assembly without dismantling pipe flanges.
Features
- Replaceable wear rings retain correct internal hydraulic clearances over long operating periods.
- Solid stub shaft configuration supported by deep groove ball bearings absorbs axial thrust loads.
- Standardized EN1092-2 PN16 flange dimensions match standard commercial and district pipe manifolds.
- High-efficiency IEC electric drive motor rated for S1 continuous operation in ambient conditions up to 40°C.
- Back-pull-out construction allows drive and impeller removal without disconnecting suction or discharge lines.
- Precision balanced rotor and runner assemblies minimize operating vibration across all pump speeds.
- Cast iron volute casing with integral mounting feet absorbs hydraulic forces and pipework stresses.
