Product Overview
Building hydronic pumping stations and secondary risers integrate the Grundfos NB 100-200/210 end-suction pump. The unit couples a 7.5 kW drive motor to an axial DN 125 inlet nozzle and a radial DN 100 discharge connection.
Hydraulic liquid performance achieves approx. 3539 L/Min maximum flow with a developed head parameter of approx. 15.9 m. Volute casing construction features EN-GJL-250 cast iron with cataphoretic electrocoating, paired with a stainless steel impeller and BQQE shaft seal. Product net weight equals 155 kg.
With three-phase 415 V power hookup, the drive draws 14.6 Amps to deliver 7.5 kW shaft power. Operating limits support liquid temperatures from -25°C to 120°C and maximum system pressures of 16 bar. Flanged pipework attaches via DN 125 inlet and DN 100 outlet ports.
Environmental casing integrity satisfies IP55 requirements alongside Class F motor insulation. Standard motor installation requires external electrical overload protection. The back-pull-out design allows complete drive and rotating assembly extraction while leaving the casing secured to distribution pipework.
Features
- Solid shaft assembly with sealed ball bearings absorbs operational hydraulic and radial forces.
- EN1092-2 flanged connections conform to standard PN16 pipework dimensions.
- Continuous duty S1 rated electric drive motor operates in ambient temperatures up to 40°C.
- Back-pull-out layout permits motor and impeller servicing without breaking pipe connections.
- Integral casing support feet provide direct anchoring to plant room inertia bases and plinths.
- Precision balanced rotating components reduce hydraulic noise and mechanical shaft deflection.
- Renewable casing wear rings retain pump efficiency and avoid direct volute casing wear.

How do fluid temperature ratings and operating pressure limits apply here?
Pressure thresholds up to 16 bar and thermal ranges from -25°C to 120°C apply to the Grundfos NB 100-200/210.
What peak fluid volume and pumping height can this unit develop?
The NB 100-200/210 provides approx. 3539 L/Min in fluid flow and approx. 15.9 m in dynamic head, depending on system pressure demands.
What motor capacity and supply voltage power this pumping system?
Driven across a 415 V three-phase supply, the NB-100-200-210 features a 7.5 kW motor drawing 14.6 Amps with an IP55 enclosure.
What shaft seal and wear ring components maintain dependable fluid containment on this unit?
Fluid containment in the NB 100 200 210 is maintained by a BQQE mechanical shaft seal, supported by replaceable wear rings that preserve hydraulic clearances.
How does the pump metallurgy resist fluid erosion during constant flow?
Cast EN-GJL-250 iron with cataphoretic coating forms the housing of the NB/100/200/210, paired with a stainless steel runner for durability.
