Product Overview

Thermal transfer loops in facility plant rooms operate with the Grundfos NB 100-200/219 centrifugal pump. Fitted with a 11 kW motor, system piping interfaces through an axial DN 125 suction port and a radial DN 100 discharge flange.

Fluid delivery rating generates approx. 3783 L/Min volumetric throughput and reaches a approx. 17 m maximum head. Housing construction features cataphoretically coated EN-GJL-250 cast iron, accommodating a stainless steel impeller and a BQQE mechanical seal. Net weight measures 212 kg.

Pulling 22.3 Amps on a 415 V three-phase circuit, the motor assembly develops 11 kW output. Fluid temperature capabilities range from -25°C to 120°C under working pressure limits up to 16 bar. Flange interfaces are dimensioned at DN 125 inlet and DN 100 outlet.

Drive frame layout incorporates an IP55 ingress rating and Class F temperature insulation. External motor overload protection must be provided by the installer. The back-pull-out construction allows extraction of the motor and rotating components without disturbing suction or discharge pipe connections.

Features

  • Standard PN16 flanged port interfaces align with EN1092-2 heating and cooling headers.
  • Totally enclosed fan cooled IEC motor rated for S1 duty cycles in ambient environments up to 40°C.
  • Service-friendly back-pull-out layout enables rotating element servicing without removing pipework.
  • Balanced impeller geometry and shaft construction reduce operational vibration throughout duty range.
  • Volute casing design incorporates integral base feet for direct mounting to concrete plinths.
  • Internal wear rings retain hydraulic clearance tolerances throughout long service cycles.
  • Solid stub shaft supported by sealed ball bearings carries axial and radial loads.
