Product Overview

Fluid circulation duties in central mechanical rooms are conducted by the Grundfos NB 32-125/142 end-suction pump. Coupled to a 0.37 kW motor drive, fluid enters through an axial DN 50 suction port and exits through a radial DN 32 discharge flange.

Pumping capacity delivers an operational flow volume of 213 L/Min and develops a 5.229 m maximum head rating. Constructed with an EN-GJL-250 cast iron volute protected by cataphoretic electrocoating, internal hydraulics feature a stainless steel impeller and BQQE mechanical shaft seal. Net weight is 30 kg.

A 415 V three-phase power supply drives the 0.37 kW electric motor, drawing 0.99 Amps full load current. Working tolerances accommodate fluid temperatures spanning -25°C to 120°C at pressures reaching 16 bar. Flanged connections feature DN 50 inlet and DN 32 outlet dimensions.

Motor housing construction meets IP55 enclosure requirements with Class F thermal insulation. Because built-in thermal protection is not included, external motor overload protection must be supplied. Maintenance is streamlined via a back-pull-out arrangement allowing rotating element removal while the casing remains connected to piping.

Features

  • Precision balanced rotating components reduce hydraulic noise and mechanical shaft deflection.
  • Renewable casing wear rings retain pump efficiency and avoid direct volute casing wear.
  • Solid shaft assembly with sealed ball bearings absorbs operational hydraulic and radial forces.
  • EN1092-2 flanged connections conform to standard PN16 pipework dimensions.
  • Continuous duty S1 rated electric drive motor operates in ambient temperatures up to 40°C.
  • Back-pull-out layout permits motor and impeller servicing without breaking pipe connections.
  • Integral casing support feet provide direct anchoring to plant room inertia bases and plinths.
