Grundfos NB 32-160.1/139 Cast Iron 1.5 kW End Suction Centrifugal Pump with Closed Impeller

Driven by a 1.5 kW electric motor, the NB 32-160.1/139 end-suction centrifugal pump features an axial suction port (DN 50) and a radial discharge port (DN 32). Specified for commercial HVAC circulation, district heating installations, and industrial process water distribution, the pump mounts securely onto floor inertia bases in mechanical plant rooms.

Hydraulic wet-end output delivers a rated flow volume of 262 L/Min with a maximum operational head limit of 19.04 m. The EN-GJL-250 cast iron casing receives cataphoresis electrocoating to limit surface oxidation. Inside, a stainless steel impeller works alongside bronze wear rings and a BQQE shaft seal. Physical net weight measures 45 kg.

Electrical power for the NB 32-160.1/139 model is supplied by a 415 V three-phase electric motor rated at 1.5 kW output power. Nominal operating current draw measures 5.49 Amps during full load operations. Operating liquid temperatures span from -25°C to 120°C under 16 bar working pressure. Suction inlet measures DN 50 with a DN 32 discharge port.

Motor protection on the NB 32-160.1/139 pump complies with IP55 enclosure standards to resist dust and moisture ingress, supported by Class F thermal insulation and internal PTC thermistors. The back-pull-out casing layout allows service personnel to remove the motor drive and rotor assembly without unbolting the pump volute from system suction and discharge piping headers.
