Product Overview
Central boiler room circulation manifolds and return lines deploy the Grundfos NB 50-200/188 end-suction pump. Coupled to a 1.5 kW motor drive, fluid enters through an axial DN 65 suction port and exits through a radial DN 50 discharge flange.
Hydraulic discharge provides 590 L/Min rated circulation alongside a 10.4 m maximum head parameter. Constructed with an EN-GJL-250 cast iron volute protected by cataphoretic electrocoating, internal hydraulics feature a stainless steel impeller and BQQE mechanical shaft seal. Net weight is 70 kg.
Line power of 415 V across three phases operates the 1.5 kW motor at an amperage rating of 3.15 Amps. Working tolerances accommodate fluid temperatures spanning -25°C to 120°C at pressures reaching 16 bar. Flanged connections feature DN 65 inlet and DN 50 outlet dimensions.
Motor ingress engineering conforms to IP55 standards with Class F electrical insulation. Because built-in thermal protection is not included, external motor overload protection must be supplied. Maintenance is streamlined via a back-pull-out arrangement allowing rotating element removal while the casing remains connected to piping.
Features
- Solid stub shaft and ball bearing arrangement counteracts operating mechanical stresses.
- Standardized PN16 dimensions per EN1092-2 align with facility pipe headers.
- IEC standardized electric drive rated for continuous S1 operation in ambients up to 40°C.
- Back-pull-out arrangement allows fast access to motor and impeller without disturbing pipework.
- Precision balancing of rotating parts delivers quiet, low-vibration fluid transfer.
- Heavy-section cast iron volute with integral mounting pads provides solid base support.
- Replaceable wear rings protect casing hydraulics and retain designed pumping clearances.
