Product Overview
Centralized chilled pumping stations and building risers operate with the Grundfos NB 65-125/130 centrifugal pump. The unit couples a 0.75 kW drive motor to an axial DN 80 inlet nozzle and a radial DN 65 discharge connection.
Pumping volume output provides approx. 1106 L/Min rated displacement and reaches a approx. 5.1 m head elevation. Volute casing construction features EN-GJL-250 cast iron with cataphoretic electrocoating, paired with a stainless steel impeller and BQQE shaft seal. Product net weight equals 47 kg.
Incoming three-phase power at 415 V operates the 0.75 kW motor assembly with a draw of 1.6 Amps. Operating limits support liquid temperatures from -25°C to 120°C and maximum system pressures of 16 bar. Flanged pipework attaches via DN 80 inlet and DN 65 outlet ports.
Drive sealing integrity complies with IP55 standards and uses Class F winding insulation. Standard motor installation requires external electrical overload protection. The back-pull-out design allows complete drive and rotating assembly extraction while leaving the casing secured to distribution pipework.
Features
- Solid stub shaft supported by sealed ball bearings carries axial and radial loads.
- Standard PN16 flanged port interfaces align with EN1092-2 heating and cooling headers.
- Totally enclosed fan cooled IEC motor maximum flow of S1 duty cycles in ambient environments up to 40°C.
- Service-friendly back-pull-out layout enables rotating element servicing without removing pipework.
- Balanced impeller geometry and shaft construction reduce operational vibration throughout duty range.
- Volute casing design incorporates integral base feet for direct mounting to concrete plinths.
- Internal wear rings retain hydraulic clearance tolerances throughout long service cycles.
