Product Overview
Cooling system distribution headers and condenser skids rely on the Grundfos NB 80-200/179 centrifugal pump. Driven by an electric 3 kW motor assembly, the pump incorporates an axial DN 100 suction port and a radial DN 80 discharge connection.
Pumping liquid volume delivers approx. 1745 L/Min maximum capacity with a maximum head elevation of approx. 10.3 m. The pump housing is cast in EN-GJL-250 iron with cataphoretic electrocoating. Fluid displacement is driven by a stainless steel impeller and a BQQE mechanical shaft seal. Net product weight measures 102 kg.
Drive motor operation on a 415 V three-phase supply draws 6.23 Amps running current for 3 kW. Operational limits permit media temperatures from -25°C to 120°C under working pressures up to 16 bar. Flanged pipe connections measure DN 100 on the inlet and DN 80 on the outlet.
Protective casing design meets IP55 ingress specifications alongside Class F motor insulation. Standard IEC electric drive design requires external motor overload protection. The back-pull-out structural layout permits complete motor and rotating assembly extraction without disconnecting piping headers.
Features
- Standardized EN1092-2 PN16 flange dimensions match standard commercial and district pipe manifolds.
- High-efficiency IEC electric drive motor rated for S1 continuous operation in ambient conditions up to 40°C.
- Back-pull-out construction allows drive and impeller removal without disconnecting suction or discharge lines.
- Precision balanced rotor and runner assemblies minimize operating vibration across all pump speeds.
- Cast iron volute casing with integral mounting feet absorbs hydraulic forces and pipework stresses.
- Replaceable wear rings retain correct internal hydraulic clearances over long operating periods.
- Solid stub shaft configuration supported by deep groove ball bearings absorbs axial thrust loads.
