Product Overview

Building HVAC pumping stations and distribution headers integrate the Grundfos NB 80-200/222 end-suction pump. The unit couples a 7.5 kW drive motor to an axial DN 100 inlet nozzle and a radial DN 80 discharge connection.

maximum volume discharge provides approx. 2301 L/Min liquid flow with an upper developed head of approx. 17.1 m. Volute casing construction features EN-GJL-250 cast iron with cataphoretic electrocoating, paired with a stainless steel impeller and BQQE shaft seal. Product net weight equals 144 kg.

A dedicated feed of 415 V three-phase powers the 7.5 kW motor, pulling 14.6 Amps during regular operation. Operating limits support liquid temperatures from -25°C to 120°C and maximum system pressures of 16 bar. Flanged pipework attaches via DN 100 inlet and DN 80 outlet ports.

Motor frame architecture provides IP55 ingress sealing combined with Class F electrical insulation. Standard motor installation requires external electrical overload protection. The back-pull-out design allows complete drive and rotating assembly extraction while leaving the casing secured to distribution pipework.

Features

  • Precision balancing of rotating parts delivers quiet, low-vibration fluid transfer.
  • Heavy-section cast iron volute with integral mounting pads provides solid base support.
  • Replaceable wear rings protect casing hydraulics and retain designed pumping clearances.
  • Solid stub shaft and ball bearing arrangement counteracts operating mechanical stresses.
  • Standardized PN16 dimensions per EN1092-2 align with facility pipe headers.
  • IEC standardized electric drive rated for continuous S1 operation in ambients up to 40°C.
  • Back-pull-out arrangement allows fast access to motor and impeller without disturbing pipework.
