Reliable transfer of municipal sewage and wastewater containing solids is the primary function of the Grundfos S1.80.125.300.4.62H.S.338.G.N.D.513, which is built for permanent submerged installation in centralized sumps. This cast iron unit provides consistent transfer performance in heavy-duty utility networks. It is engineered for service in infrastructure environments with liquid temperatures from 0°C to +40°C.

The pump achieves a maximum head of 46.8 m and a maximum flow of 6600 L/min, powered by a 30 kW 4-pole motor. Operating on a three-phase 415 V supply with a 64 Amp rated current, stable motor operation is maintained during high-capacity transfer cycles. A Y/D starting method is utilized to maintain pumping performance within demanding wastewater infrastructure.

Pumping performance is achieved using a 1-channel cast iron impeller with a 338 mm actual diameter and an 80 mm free passage for managing untreated wastewater. The discharge configuration features a DN 125 outlet with a PN 10 pressure rating to support consistent discharge pressure. This design focuses on high-efficiency transfer while helping to reduce the risk of clogging in discharge piping.

Structural integrity is provided by the EN-GJL-250 cast iron pump housing and motor casing, which protect the internal components in submerged conditions. The unit features a double mechanical SIC shaft seal and SIC-CARBON secondary seal, alongside moisture sensors for motor protection. It is supplied with a 15-metre H07RN-F power cable and is compatible with the Grundfos DN125 auto-coupling system (96782145).
