This submersible pump is designed for intermittent and continuous operation in submerged environments. The S1.80.200.850.4.70H.S.448.G.N.D.513GPA model is manufactured for handling wastewater, process water, unscreened raw sewage, municipal, domestic and industrial applications. It is strictly suitable for submerged physical installation configurations utilizing the 96641489 auto coupling interface connection to establish a continuous operational layout.

Constructed from Ductile cast iron EN 1561 EN-GJL-250, the structural external housing completely encapsulates internal dynamic mechanical components. The 1-channel impeller, measuring 448 mm in physical diameter, natively processes suspended solids up to 80 mm in overall dimension. The internal core motor enclosure is manufactured directly from Cast iron EN 1561 EN-GJL-250. The physical component weighs 1180 kg and operates continuously in Newtonian liquids possessing a maximum temperature limit of 40°C.

The 85 kW continuous motor operates on a three-phase 415v power supply, functioning with a nominal operational current of 149 Amps. The heavy-duty industrial unit achieves a maximum head of 72 meters and a maximum flow volume of 12720 L/Min running directly through a DN 200 mm physical discharge outlet. The continuous operating power input P1 is specified at 90 kW, operating alongside a specific starting current parameter evaluated exactly at 1010 Amps.

System thermal safety is strictly provided by Class F internal motor insulation combined with a designated IP68 physical liquid enclosure rating. The extensive hardware fully supports continuous vertical physical installation depths reaching up to 20 meters. Primary SIC mechanical seals and secondary SIC-CARBON shaft seals precisely provide constant internal fluid containment boundaries. The operational electrical architecture incorporates a 4-pole motor matched with a Y/D starting mechanism.
