High-volume displacement in municipal wet wells is the primary function of the Grundfos S2.100.200.400.4.62L.S.285.G.N.D.513, which is intended for permanent submerged service. This cast iron pump manages untreated wastewater and sewage containing solids in centralized collection sumps. It ensures consistent hydraulic transfer in infrastructure environments with liquid temperatures from 0°C to +40°C.

A 41 kW 4-pole motor at 1464 rpm powers the unit, which achieves a maximum flow of 18600 L/min and a maximum head of 30.8 m. Drawing 82 Amps on a three-phase 415 V supply, stable motor operation is maintained during high-capacity transfer. This configuration provides reliable pumping performance for volume-intensive wastewater infrastructure.

Wastewater is transferred through a 2-channel cast iron impeller with a 287 mm diameter and a 100 mm free passage for handling sewage containing solids. The DN 200 outlet features DIN flange standards and a PN 10 rating to support high-volume transfer. This design focuses on high-capacity displacement while helping to reduce the risk of clogging in municipal grid systems.

Structural integrity is provided by an EN-GJL-250 cast iron pump housing and motor casing with double SIC/SIC-CARBON mechanical seals. Safety monitoring is managed by integrated moisture sensors and thermal switches to ensure motor safety in submerged conditions. The unit is supplied with a 15-metre H07RN-F power cable and is compatible with the Grundfos DN200 auto-coupling system (96641489).
