A Y/D starting method is utilized to maintain pumping performance during heavy-demand cycles in wastewater infrastructure.
The hydraulic system uses a 2-channel cast iron impeller with a 292 mm actual diameter and a 100 mm free passage for managing untreated wastewater. Featuring a DN 300 outlet with DIN flanges, this design facilitates high-efficiency wastewater transfer through municipal collection systems. The hydraulic setup focuses on reducing clogging while maintaining consistent pumping performance.
Structural integrity is provided by the EN-GJL-250 cast iron casing and double SIC/SIC-CARBON mechanical shaft seals. Safety is monitored by integrated moisture sensors and thermal sensors for proactive motor health monitoring in submerged environments. The unit is supplied with a 15-metre H07RN-F power cable and is compatible with the Grundfos DN300 auto-coupling system (96782484).
