This heavy industrial fluid pump is engineered for demanding continuous transfer requirements across varying environmental settings. The S2.110.200.850.4.70M.S.375.G.N.D.513GPA model is specifically designed for handling wastewater, process water, unscreened raw sewage, municipal, domestic and industrial applications. It is completely suitable for submerged installation configurations utilizing the designated 96641489 auto coupling structural connection.

Constructed from Cast iron EN 1561 EN-GJL-250, the external structural housing encapsulates internal mechanical parts. The 2-channel impeller, measuring 375 mm in physical diameter, processes suspended solid matter up to 110 mm in continuous dimension. The active motor housing is manufactured directly from Cast iron EN 1561 EN-GJL-250. The physical unit weighs 985 kg and operates continuously in Newtonian liquids possessing a maximum temperature limit of 40°C.

The 85 kW active motor operates on a three-phase 415v power supply, functioning with a nominal operational continuous current of 149 Amps. The pump hardware achieves a maximum head of 50 meters and a maximum flow volume of 19020 L/Min through a defined DN 200 mm physical discharge outlet. The operational continuous electrical power input P1 is precisely specified at 90 kW, running alongside an initial starting current evaluated at 1010 Amps.

Motor protection is established by Class F internal motor insulation maintaining a strict IP68 liquid enclosure rating. The structural hardware technically supports physical vertical installation depths extending up to 20 meters. Primary SIC mechanical seals and secondary SIC-CARBON shaft seals strictly provide internal fluid containment boundaries. The internal electrical system utilizes a 4-pole motor configuration combined with a Y/D method.

    Features

    • Features lifting height class M standard dimension classification for core operation
    • Integrates internal physical moisture sensors for active continuous system monitoring
    • Includes engineered thermistors specifically for monitoring internal temperature conditions
    • Utilizes H07RN-F AT specification continuous power cable measuring exactly 15 meters
    • Operates internally with a mechanical running speed rated at 1478 revolutions per minute
    • Features a designated internal structural winding resistance specified at 0.070 Ohm
