The Variant C cooling jacket supports continuous submerged operation at depths up to 20 m as part of the Range 66 series.
A 22 kW motor (P2) at 585 rpm from a 415 V three-phase supply draws 51 A with 88% efficiency at full load and 87% at 3/4 load. Maximum head is 5.8 m, with DN500 outlet and DN110 inlet connections carrying a PN10 pressure rating for this configuration.
Hydraulic performance is provided by a 3-channel ductile iron impeller with 110 mm free passage, with the 417 mm impeller diameter and triple-channel configuration matched to the L lifting height class requirements. The impeller geometry determines the head and flow characteristics for this Range 66 model, with the pump housing constructed from ductile cast iron and CE and EAC markings present on the nameplate.
Ductile cast iron construction with IP68 enclosure and Class F insulation provides submerged durability, with primary silicon carbide and secondary silicon carbide-carbon shaft seals preventing liquid ingress. Integrated moisture sensors are fitted as standard, and the 15 m H07RN-F AT cable supports Star/Delta starting.
