Product Overview
Operating at only 585 rpm with flow capacity of 45000 L/min, the Grundfos S3.120.600.350.10.66E.C.470.G.N.D.513GPA 10-pole submersible sewage pump handles wastewater, process water and unscreened raw sewage across Australia where extremely high flow rates at low heads are required. The Variant C cooling jacket supports continuous submerged operation at depths up to 20 m as part of the Range 66 series.
A 35 kW motor (P2) at 585 rpm from a 415 V three-phase supply draws 77 A with 88% efficiency at both full and 3/4 load. Maximum head is 7.2 m, with DN600 outlet and DN120 inlet connections carrying a PN10 pressure rating for this configuration.
Hydraulic performance is provided by a 3-channel ductile iron impeller with 120 mm free passage, with the 470 mm impeller diameter and triple-channel configuration matched to the E lifting height class requirements. The impeller geometry determines the head and flow characteristics for this Range 66 model, with the pump housing constructed from ductile cast iron and CE and EAC markings present on the nameplate.
Ductile cast iron construction with IP68 enclosure and Class F insulation provides submerged durability, with primary silicon carbide and secondary silicon carbide-carbon shaft seals preventing liquid ingress. Integrated moisture sensors are fitted as standard, and the 15 m H07RN-F AT cable supports Star/Delta starting.

What peak dynamic elevation does this pump develop?
To overcome vertical elevation resistance, the Grundfos S3.120.600.350.10.66E.C.470 develops a maximum pumping head of approximately 20 m.
What total dynamic head can this pump overcome in vertical pipework?
Pumping performance for the S3.120.600.350.10.66E.C.470 provides up to 7.2 m of vertical dynamic lift, depending on system friction and line sizing.
What is the maximum water volume this pump can discharge?
Moving liquid through the system, the S3-120-600-350-10-66E-C-470 maintains an operational throughput of up to 45000 L/Min through a DN 600 connection during peak demand.
What materials are used to construct the pump casing and impeller?
Built with a resilient high-grade alloy body, the S3 120 600 350 10 66E C 470 maintains material durability against fluid abrasion and wear.
What are the power requirements and running amperage for this pump?
Connecting across 415 V three-phase lines, the S3/120/600/350/10/66E/C/470 draws approximately 77 A with an efficient 35 kW motor.
