Addressing long-term continuous municipal transfer demands, this pump is exclusively designed for handling wastewater, process water, unscreened raw sewage, municipal, domestic and industrial applications. The S3.120.300.1000.6.70M.C.428.G.N.D.513GPA model is strictly suitable for submerged physical installation configurations natively utilizing the 96782484 auto coupling interface connection to establish a continuous processing layout. The cooling jacket ensures optimal motor cooling in both submerged and dry installations.
Constructed from Cast iron EN 1561 EN-GJL-250, the heavy external housing entirely surrounds internal dynamic components. The 3-channel impeller, measuring exactly 429 mm in physical diameter, natively processes suspended solids up to 120 mm in overall size. The internal core motor enclosure is manufactured from Cast iron EN 1561 EN-GJL-250. The component weighs 1420 kg and operates continuously in Newtonian liquids up to 40°C.
The 100 kW motor system functions on a three-phase 415v supply, operating with a rated continuous electrical current of 183 Amps. The heavy-duty unit achieves a maximum head of 27.7 meters and a maximum flow volume of 40500 L/Min through a physical DN 300 mm discharge outlet. The continuous operating power input P1 is specified exactly at 109 kW, operating alongside a specific starting current parameter evaluated at 1200 Amps.
Internal hardware safety is governed by Class F internal motor insulation combined with an IP68 physical liquid enclosure rating. The structure technically supports rigid vertical installation depths extending up to 20 meters. Primary SIC mechanical seals and secondary SIC-CARBON shaft seals strictly provide internal liquid containment. The internal electrical architecture incorporates a 6-pole motor structure combined with a Y/D start mechanism. The cooling jacket enables flexible installation configurations.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
