The unit achieves a maximum flow of 7860 L/min and a maximum head of 40 m while drawing 52.5 Amps from a 415 V supply. Performance is driven by a 21 kW 4-pole motor running at 1490 rpm. An internal cooling jacket system facilitates thermal management, ensuring the motor operates effectively in both submerged and dry pit configurations within municipal collection systems.
Hydraulic dynamics are managed by an Open S-tube impeller with a 340.8 mm diameter and a 41 mm free passage for managing untreated wastewater containing solids. The nominal duty head is 23.26 m. Featuring a 200 mm inlet and a 150 mm outlet with DIN flanges, this configuration supports high-volume transfer while reducing the risk of clogging in discharge networks.
Structural durability is provided by the EN-GJL-250 cast iron casing and double SiC/SiC mechanical shaft seals. Safety systems include integrated PTO sensors, leakage sensors, and moisture switches for proactive motor protection and monitoring. The unit is supplied with a 10-metre S1BC4N8-F EMC power cable and an IP68 enclosure for depths to 30 metres.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
