This cast iron model is intended for municipal and industrial wastewater applications in collection networks where raw effluents contain solids. The unit is engineered to maintain performance in environments where liquid temperatures range from 0°C to +40°C.

The unit achieves a maximum flow rate of 9600 L/min and a maximum head of 43 m using a 24 kW 4-pole motor. Running at 1490 rpm on a 415 V supply with a 56 Amp rated current, the pump utilizes an internal cooling jacket for thermal safety. This integrated cooling allows for reliable operation during high-capacity pumping cycles in various configurations.

Central to its performance is the Open S-tube impeller with a 351 mm actual diameter and a 41 mm free passage for managing untreated wastewater containing solids. A nominal duty head of 24.9 m is achieved through the 200 mm inlet and 100 mm outlet DIN flange system. This design supports high-volume transfer while helping to prevent clogging in high-head municipal collection systems.

Structural durability is provided by an EN-GJL-250 cast iron motor casing and pump housing with a double mechanical SiC/SiC shaft seal arrangement. Motor safety is monitored by integrated PTO sensors, moisture switches, and leakage sensors for operational reliability. It is supplied with a 10-metre S1BC4N8-F EMC power cable and an IP68 enclosure for installation depths up to 30 metres.
